How it started...
We wanted to create a private label wine with a local winery so our guests could enjoy wine produced and bottled in our area. Our team found a fabulous fit with Tabor Hill and Round Barn wineries (owned and operated by Moersch Hospitality Group) in Southwest Michigan. We launched PV red blend and PV pinot gris in September 2018, then added PV moscato in February 2019. The private label wines are available exclusively in our restaurants.
